- Put all ingredients (except banana) into a blender (I use Ninja blender)
- Mix until smooth
- Pour into container
- Cut banana in half, then add standing up both halves next to each other
- Freeze 24 hours.
1st Spin = Sorbet Setting
Scrape down sides if needed
Make hole in middle, add a little milk or protein shake
2nd Spin = Sorbet setting
